• Help coordinate & manage the $5M Restoration Project to completion
• Start an Emergency & Hurricane Preparedness Committee to help us prepare & communicate better in a storm or disaster
• Improve communications that includes new software with updates & package notifications to a Smart Phone App
• Start to look into scope of work for Club Bathroom & Lobbies
• Commit to handicapped accessibility on any future projects
